The Programmes
Established in the year 1981, the Department offers a 4-year B.E. and a 2-Year
M.E. Degree Programmes:
- Mechanical Engineering (1981) [B.E], with an annual intake of 120 students
- Advanced Design & Manufacturing [M.E], with an annual intake of 18 students
The Staff
The Department has 33 members of faculty and 25 members of supporting staff. With
4 Professors, 7 Associate Professors and 22 Assistant Professors, the Department
is one of the well established Mechanical Engineering Departments in the state.
