A Candidate for admission to the three-year post graduate course in Master of Computer Applications must have passed the qualifying examination (10+2+3) or equivalent with Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2 level.

The admission to the MCA course, under "Category A" seats, is through a State-Level Entrance Test called "Integrated Common Entrance Test" (ICET), conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

• 70% of the seats under "Category A" are filled by the Convener of ICET based on the rank secured in ICET and as per the rules of reservation in force
• Fees for "Category A" seats: Rs.27,000/- per annum from the academic year 2010-11.
• 30% of the seats under "Category B" are filled by the Management based on the guidelines issued by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh from time to time.
• Fees for "Category B" seats: Rs.78,000/- per annum from the academic year 2010-11.
